Sunset Properties welcomes Mavericks Java & Bakery to its Perks Club program this year.

Mavericks is located at 303 Sunset Blvd N on the mainland of Sunset Beach, just two doors down from the entrance to the island's bridge.  The shop has great coffee, and a terrific wine selection, and free WiFi!

They just added a full kitchen, and now offer fresh baked bread, along with a full menu from breakfast through dinner.  Sunset Properties rental guests can enjoy 10% off Sunset Turtle Mocha, Cappuchino, dinner (excluding wine) or off pizza delivery or take out when you let them know you are staying with us.
